What You'll Do

Source Talent

: Identify, attract, and engage top candidates for a variety of roles, including sales, operations, and technical positions.

Collaborate

: Partner with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.

Recruitment Strategy

: Develop and execute sourcing strategies to build a pipeline of qualified candidates, utilizing platforms like LinkedIn, job boards, and networking.

Screen and Interview

: Conduct interviews, assess candidate qualifications, and guide them through the hiring process.

Manage the Hiring Process

: Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience from initial contact to onboarding.

Market mySolar

: Act as a brand ambassador, promoting mySolar's values, culture, and mission to attract the best talent in the industry.

What We're Looking For

Recruitment Experience

: Proven experience in recruiting or talent acquisition, preferably in a high-growth or sales-focused environment.

Strong Communication
