We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven

Recruiter

to join our team on a contract-to-permanent basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent while building strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers. This role offers the opportunity for full-time employment based on performance and business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop recruitment strategies. Source, screen, and interview candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to offer acceptance. Conduct initial screenings to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit. Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment databases. Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Stay updated on industry hiring trends and best practices. Assist in employer branding and talent attraction initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills:

Proven experience in recruiting, preferably in an agency or corporate setting. Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and recruitment best practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple requisitions and prioritize tasks effectively. Proficiency in using ATS and other recruitment tools. High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail. Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in recruitment Knowledge of employment laws and hiring regulations. Certification in HR or Recruiting or diploma.
