Brandt est actuellement \xc3\xa0 la recherche d\'une R\xc3\xa9ceptionniste pour sa succursale de Degelis .

Ce poste est responsable des t\xc3\xa2ches g\xc3\xa9n\xc3\xa9rales de bureau et du soutien aux diff\xc3\xa9rents service de la succursale.

Fonctions et responsabilit\xc3\xa9s

  • R\xc3\xa9pondre aux demandes de renseignements des clients, candidats et autres parties par t\xc3\xa9l\xc3\xa9phone, par courriel et en personne
  • Diriger toutes les demandes de renseignements vers les personnes, les divisions ou les services appropri\xc3\xa9s de l\xe2\x80\x99organisation
  • Taper des formulaires, des lettres, des rapports et des notes de service au besoin
  • Recevoir et distribuer toutes les formes de correspondance papier
  • Au besoin, aider \xc3\xa0 la compilation des donn\xc3\xa9es pour divers rapports
  • Coordonner les aspects logistiques de diff\xc3\xa9rents d\xc3\xa9partements, comme les r\xc3\xa9unions, les conf\xc3\xa9rences, les ateliers, les projets sp\xc3\xa9ciaux et les \xc3\xa9v\xc3\xa9nements
  • Organiser et r\xc3\xa9server des r\xc3\xa9unions dans des salles de conf\xc3\xa9rence interne et hors site; s\xe2\x80\x99assurer que l\xe2\x80\x99\xc3\xa9quipement de pr\xc3\xa9sentation appropri\xc3\xa9 est pr\xc3\xa9sent
  • En tant que travailleur de premi\xc3\xa8re ligne, pr\xc3\xa9senter une image positive et professionnelle de l\xe2\x80\x99organisation \xc3\xa0 tous les visiteurs, fournisseurs, demandes de renseignements et autres interactions
  • Informer le personnel et/ou les clients au sujet des activit\xc3\xa9s sp\xc3\xa9ciales
  • Administrer et g\xc3\xa9rer le courrier entrant/sortant, y compris les envois prioritaires, les colis, les services de messageries et d\xe2\x80\x99autres types de correspondance
  • Maintenir la r\xc3\xa9ception de fa\xc3\xa7on ordonn\xc3\xa9e et pr\xc3\xa9sentable
  • S\xe2\x80\x99assurer que les fournitures de bureau n\xc3\xa9cessaires sont en inventaire et obtenues au meilleur prix possible
  • Coordonner les combinaisons des employ\xc3\xa9s avec le fournisseur de choix
  • D\xe2\x80\x99autres t\xc3\xa2ches peuvent \xc3\xaatre assign\xc3\xa9es
Comp\xc3\xa9tences requises
  • Connaissance pratique de Microsoft Office
  • Solides comp\xc3\xa9tences organisationnelles requises
  • Solide connaissance des proc\xc3\xa9dures g\xc3\xa9n\xc3\xa9rales du bureau concernant l\xe2\x80\x99approvisionnement, les pr\xc3\xa9paratifs de voyage, la gestion budg\xc3\xa9taire, etc.
  • Capacit\xc3\xa9 de r\xc3\xa9diger des correspondances, y compris des notes de service, des lettres, etc.
  • Comp\xc3\xa9tences math\xc3\xa9matiques g\xc3\xa9n\xc3\xa9rales
  • Capacit\xc3\xa9 d\xe2\x80\x99appliquer ses connaissances pour ex\xc3\xa9cuter des instructions sous forme \xc3\xa9crite, verbale ou sch\xc3\xa9matique

Exp\xc3\xa9rience requise
  • Exp\xc3\xa9rience du travail sur une console multi-lignes consid\xc3\xa9r\xc3\xa9e comme un atout
  • Dipl\xc3\xb4me d\xe2\x80\x99\xc3\xa9tudes secondaires, ou combinaison acceptable d\xe2\x80\x99\xc3\xa9tudes et d\xe2\x80\x99exp\xc3\xa9rience
  • De deux \xc3\xa0 quatre ans d\xe2\x80\x99exp\xc3\xa9rience de travail direct \xc3\xa0 titre de r\xc3\xa9ceptionniste souhaitable


Brandt is currently seeking a Receptionist for our Degelis Construction & Forestry location. This position is responsible for general office duties and departmental assistance.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Respond to telephone, e-mail, and in-person inquiries from clients, candidates, and other parties
  • Refer all inquiries to the appropriate individuals, divisions, or departments across the organization
  • Type forms, letters, reports, and memos as necessary
  • Receive and distribute all forms of paper correspondence
  • Where necessary, assist in the compilation of data for various reports
  • Coordinate the logistical aspects of departmental programs, such as meetings, seminars, workshops, special projects, and events
  • Arrange and book meetings in boardrooms, off-site conference halls, and other locations; ensure the appropriate presentation equipment is there
  • As a front-line worker, present a positive and professional image of the organization to all visitors, suppliers, inquiries, and other interactions
  • Provide information to staff and/or clients about special activities
  • Administer and manage inbound/outbound mail, including priority post, packages, courier services, and other correspondence
  • Maintain the reception in a tidy and presentable manner
  • Ensure the necessary office supplies are stocked and obtained at the best possible price
  • Coordinate employee coveralls with the vendor of choice
  • Other duties as assigned
Required Skills
  • Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Strong organizational skills are required
  • Strong knowledge of general office procedures involving procurement, travel arrangements, budget management, etc.
  • Able to write simple correspondence, including memos, letters, etc
  • General mathematical skills
  • Ability to apply understanding to carry out instructions in written, verbal, or diagram form
  • Able to maintain filing systems and basic databases
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
  • Meticulous records maintenance skills
  • Superior telephone manners and strong interpersonal skills
  • Strong written and verbal skills to communicate with all levels of the organization
Required Experience
  • Experience working on a multi-line switchboard is considered an asset
  • High school diploma or GED, or an acceptable combination of education and experience
  • 2-4 years of direct work experience in a receptionist capacity preferred
