We are looking for a receptionist/ Medical office Admin who can work in our busy clinic located in Scarborough.
Duties include but not limited to; answering phones, booking appointments, talk to insurance companies entering customer orders, providing product information to customers, responding to customer complaints, processing packing slips for shipments, invoicing able to work in a fast pace environment, and processing returns. Basic Computer skills Essential - sending emails, attaching documents, saving/transferring files. Programs used are Universal and Microsoft Office.
