Picking up and delivering documents and other items between other legal offices, realty firms and financial institutions (valid licence and vehicle required);
Screening phone calls and taking messages;
Managing and booking appointments;
Acting as liaison between clients, lawyers, notaries, legal firms, government agencies, financial institutions and various other agencies;
Maintaining file management systems;
Prioritizing work for time sensitive matters and be able to multi-task;
Drafting, revising, formatting and editing correspondence and documents;
Preparing Affidavits and Statutory Declarations; and,
Preparing marketing material.
