Receptionist/junior Administrative Assistant

Job Description

  • Picking up and delivering documents and other items between other legal offices, realty firms and financial institutions (valid licence and vehicle required);
  • Screening phone calls and taking messages;
  • Managing and booking appointments;
  • Acting as liaison between clients, lawyers, notaries, legal firms, government agencies, financial institutions and various other agencies;
  • Maintaining file management systems;
  • Prioritizing work for time sensitive matters and be able to multi-task;
  • Drafting, revising, formatting and editing correspondence and documents;
  • Preparing Affidavits and Statutory Declarations; and,
  • Preparing marketing material.

Experience:
  • Administrative Assistant & Receptionist: 2 years (preferred)
