We are currently seeking an outgoing Receptionist ? Data Entry Clerk to join our team in our Edmonton, AB branch. This candidate will be expected to have the ability to comfortably interact with customers, clients, and staff (at all levels) in a fast-paced environment, sometimes under pressure. Our company is currently seeking an outgoing, enthusiastic Receptionist - Data Entry Clerk to fill a full-time position in our Edmonton, AB office.

The ideal candidate will have a clerical background in the Construction or Mechanical industry. This candidate is expected to have the ability to comfortably interact with clients and staff (at all levels) in a fast-paced environment, sometimes under pressure, remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful and efficient, with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality, which is crucial to this role.
Responsibilities:
Answer general phone inquiries in a professional and courteous manner, direct detailed inquiries to the appropriate staff members
Greet visitors to the organization in a professional and friendly manner
Sort incoming mail, faxes and deliveries for distribution
Create and receive shipments and couriers
Track office supplies and order when necessary
Provide exemplary communication with professionalism between all departments and clients
Prepare memorandums and correspondence between office staff
Data Entry and upkeep of the Kova Red UTL database while ensuring a high level of accuracy in accordance with our database policy
Review technical reports for deficiencies or errors and contract technician to clarify incompatibilities
Ensure all formal reports and invoices are emailed/mailed to clients on a daily
Maintain client confidentiality and satisfaction with professionalism
Maintain communication among employees, ensure all employees are following proper protocol
Prepare reports and correspondence between office staff and clients
Ensure file record keeping is organized on the server
Schedule appointments and meetings

Ideal Skills and Qualifications:
? Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills in English with strong attention to detail
? Well organized
? Ability to work under pressure
? Decision making, planning, and problem-solving abilities
? Professional personal presentation and be customer service oriented
? Strong computer skills i.e., Microsoft Office Suite
? Experience in a related field or general knowledge of the crane industry is an asset
