Job Description
Armour is currently recruiting a Customer Service / Data Entry Clerk Floater in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia, to assist and work within multiple office departments.
Responsibilities
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:- Working with all departments, terminals, and customers to remove barriers in the movement of equipment and freight.
- Booking pick-up and delivery appointments
- Identifying and proactively responding to customer needs, inquiries and concerns
- Enter freight bills in an accurate and timely manner from a variety of mediums
- Printing and preparing documentation for our operations team
- Freight bill entry coding
- Monitor the Data Entry Email
- Scanning documents
Qualifications
Skills and Qualifications:- Detail orientated and self-motivated
- Alpha and Numeric Keyboarding /typing skills 40wpm + accurately
- Ability to prioritize and effectively handle changing priorities
- Ability to work well within a team
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Self-motivated with analytical decision-making skills.
- Transportation Industry expriance
- Understanding Truckmate system considered a strong asset
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, with the ability to prepare reports in Word and Excel.
