Job Description
We are looking for a part-time Receptionist/administrator to join our team. Your main responsibility will be working in data entry, greeting people, answering phone calls:
We are looking for someone who is hard working and give attention to detail.
Responsibilities would include: -
- Phone Manners
- Dealing with Driver's
- Daily data entry
- And general office/administrative duties
The ideal candidate needs to have:
- Good work ethic - Good Administrative skills
- Ability to multitask
- Attention to details
- Very organized
- Ability to learn quickly; training will be provided
-Assets of the Ideal Candidate: - Knowledge of the trucking industry
- Experience using Microsoft Office - Some post-secondary education
