Overview


We are seeking a professional and organized Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role is vital in ensuring smooth daily operations, providing excellent customer service, and supporting administrative functions within our office. The ideal candidate will possess strong clerical skills, proficiency in office software, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Experience with; Clio, NetDocs, Cosmolex and Zoom is a plus. Responsibilities



Greet visitors and clients professionally at the front desk, ensuring a welcoming environment Manage multi-line phone systems, screen calls, and direct inquiries appropriately Schedule appointments and coordinate calendars using office management software Perform data entry tasks accurately into various databases and systems Handle filing, document organization, and record keeping with attention to detail Assist with billing, invoicing, and bookkeeping using QuickBooks or similar software Support customer service efforts by addressing inquiries via phone or email and providing support as needed Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution Support medical or dental office operations by managing patient records, insurance information, and appointment scheduling as needed

Qualifications



Proven clerical or administrative experience in an office setting Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment Exceptional phone etiquette and customer service skills for front desk interactions Attention to detail for proofreading, data entry, and record management tasks Ability to handle confidential information discreetly and professionally Strong typing skills with a focus on accuracy and efficiency

Pay: $40,000.00-$43,000.00 per year
