Mid-Toronto Auto Sales is seeking an enthusiastic, confident, positive, self-motivated team member who is looking to embark on an exciting career as a Receptionist / Administrative Assistant.

Working Hours:
This is a full-time position which is expected to work a minimum of 40 hours per week. Flexible and will be discussed during the interview process. The dealership hours are Monday to Thursday from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM, and on Friday and Saturday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Reception and Administrative duties at Mid-Toronto Auto Sales include:
Answering incoming phone calls
Directing phone calls to related departments (Sales / used car manager/finance manager/body shop... )
Stocking new purchased units
Licencing
Issuing recipe for deposits and receivable funds
Entering new inventory to our PBS (inventory management system)
Keeping the garage book up to date
Working closely with our Yorkdale dealership Administrative Department for daily reports for deposits and cheque requests.
What you'll need to succeed:
Experience in a reception and/or administrative position.
Knowledge of the automotive industry or previous experience working in the automotive industry is an asset.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to balance many projects at once.
Results-oriented with perseverance to bring projects to completion by the deadline.
Has an eye for detail and understands how to be a taskmaster.
Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to manage a difficult situation.
Proven experience working with management systems, such as 180.
Takes initiative to execute tasks but is also motivated in a team environment to achieve common goals.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with different groups.
Ability to work under pressure and to remain calm and always act professional.
