Summary:



As KRM's office AR and Receptionist, you will be responsible for fielding all phone calls and email correspondence to our main office, forwarding calls and emails to the correct departments, and assisting with customer service requests. You will serve as the primary contact for Accounts Receivable and will be responsible for managing all incoming funds to the company. This includes overseeing customer payments, maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring timely collections, and working closely with internal teams and external clients to resolve any billing or payment issues. You will have wonderful phone and interpersonal skills, proficient computer skills, knowledge of POS and accounting programs, and be able to provide quality customer service to our clients.

Responsibilities & Duties:



Provide customer service and support via phone, email, and in-person.

Forwarding phone calls and emails to relevant departments.

Act as a first point of contact for KRM, liaise between customers and staff as needed.

Work closely with the billing department and accountant.

Act as first point of contact for Accounts Receivable inquiries and troubleshooting.

Send receipts and invoices via email or mail as requested by customers.

Track and manage customer accounts to ensure payments are received on time.

Follow up with clients regarding outstanding invoices to maintain healthy cash flow.

Oversee accounts receivable processes and coordinate with customers to resolve payment issues promptly.

Payment processing and posting.

Collections calls as required.

Data entry, filing & organization.

Light cleaning to maintain a tidy office space.

And other responsibilities and duties not listed in this job description, as required.

Qualifications & Experience:



Post-secondary education in a related field is an asset.

Experience in a related field is preferred.

Skills & Attributes:



Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to discern and prioritise customer requests, including handling confidential information.

Excellent phone and email communication skills.

Proficient computer skills (MS Office, POS, accounting programs, typing).

- Familiar with Sage Intacct

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
