We are seeking a friendly and organized Receptionist to join our team. Duties
• Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner.
• Answer and direct phone calls with excellent phone etiquette.
• Manage appointment scheduling and maintain an organized calendar.
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties.
• Provide product demonstrations as needed to clients or visitors.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies.
• Respond to customer inquiries promptly and effectively, ensuring a high level of customer service.
• Maintain a clean and welcoming reception area.
Experience
• Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is preferred.
• Proficiency in English is required; multilingual or bilingual skills are a plus.
• Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
• Familiarity with office equipment and software applications is beneficial.
