The ideal candidate will demonstrate the following: - Able to communicate respectfully and in a positive way with clients and other team members - Able to offer a welcoming environment to clients inquiring or receiving services. - Good communication skills and active listening - Able to problem solve and handle routine matters/issues, and know when to seek further direction. - Ensures that the privacy and confidentiality of staff and patient information and relationships are maintained. - Willing to learn and adapt to changes in the industry and/or technology. I - Able to manage multiple duties and tasks effectively and efficiently. We are looking for someone who is pro-active, loves working with people, and its reliable. Although experience is not necessary, it is an asset. Computer skills are a must. Ability to learn new programs (we currently use Juvonno and janeapp), insurance billing, and knowing how to take payments are also important.
