We currently have an opening for a Receptionist in our Vancouver office.
In this role, your primary responsibilities will be to:
Manage incoming phone calls.
Assist guests at the front desk.
Data entry.
Organize courier deliveries.
Manage office supplies.
Complete accounting recoveries.
Arrange catering and tidy office and boardrooms.
Interact with Building Management on various requests, including access cards and parking.
Daily maintenance of kitchen area: replenish supplies, dishwashers, general cleanliness
Perform other duties and assist with special projects as may be assigned.
Job Requirements
Previous experience as a receptionist would be an asset.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, SharePoint, and other office software.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Highly detail oriented and accurate.
Demonstrated ability to work independently with little supervision.
Ability to multi-task and work with deadlines.
Education
High School Diploma
