Duties Include:
Greeting clients warmly and managing check-in/check-out processes
Booking, confirming, and adjusting appointments accurately
Answering phones, DMs, emails, and client inquiries promptly
Managing client records and ensuring accuracy in the booking system
Handling payments, cashing out, and balancing at the end of the day
Supporting the team by maintaining smooth front desk operations
Assisting in inventory checks and product sales
Performing daily
cleaning and sanitizing
tasks to maintain a tidy, hygienic salon environment
Completing opening and closing responsibilities with care and consistency
Skills & Requirements:
2+ years of experience in a receptionist or customer-facing role (preferably in beauty, wellness, or retail)
Ability to handle high-stress situations calmly and professionally
Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
A proactive, accountable attitude with a strong sense of ownership
Fluent in English (other languages are an asset)
Reliability is essential
Available for
full-time hours
