b-Stretched is looking for a permanent full-time receptionist at our Charles St location! Kind. Caring. Professional. These are the "must-haves" of this role. If that describes you, please read on. We are a team of Chiropractors and Therapists of various disciplines working to help those in need. As the face and voice of our clinic, the Front Desk Receptionist plays a crucial role in our success. Our clinic is established and experiencing continued growth. - Kind, caring and personable
- Professional and punctual
- Computer literacy (Microsoft Excel and Word)
- Comfort dealing with clients in-person and on the phone
- Billing and processing payments
- Experience with JaneApp is a plus!
- Experience with private insurance billing is a plus!
- Scheduling appointments
- Ability to work under minimal supervision
- Team player
- Desire to grow with us!
- On-site gym
- Paid time off
- French not required
- 8 hour shift
- Toronto, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
- Are you able to start July 4th, 2023?
- Receptionist: 1 year (required)
- Customer service: 1 year (required)
- Private insurance billing: 1 year (preferred)
