You will be covering the reception desk as well as supporting with general administration tasks and greeting clients.This role is for someone who enjoys being busy and connecting with a range of different people.Advantages

- Assisting with document and mail preparation and processing
- Coordinating and assisting with scheduling appointments on behalf of others
- Managing inbound calls and assisting with queries and requests in a professional and friendly manner
- Supporting with general administrative duties as and when neededQualifications
- Experience in providing a high level of satisfactory customer service in a corporate environment
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with a diverse range of visitors and colleagues
- Ability to provide administrative support across various tasks
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
