Answering phones, greeting and directing customers and responding to inquiries
Processing various types of payments
Posting various transactions
Processing mail (incoming and outgoing)
Scanning and Filing of various documents

Education and Experience:
Office Administration Diploma Preferred
Experience with Diamond/Great Plains or related accounting software an asset
Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment
Ability to maintain a high level of patience, understanding and positivity in varied circumstances
RCMP Based Criminal Record Check
