Job Overview:
Colbourne Autogroup is looking for a friendly, organized, and proactive individual to join our team as a Receptionist. This is a key role that will ensure smooth operations in our front office and provide excellent customer service to every visitor and customer. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a keen attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service: Greet and assist customers in person, over the phone, and via email with a friendly and professional demeanor.
Phone and Email Management: Answer incoming calls, direct inquiries to the appropriate department, and take detailed messages when necessary.
Front Desk Management: Maintain a clean, welcoming reception area and ensure all office supplies are well-stocked.
Administrative Support: Assist with clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and preparing reports for service or sales teams.
Collaboration: Work closely with the sales departments to ensure the efficient handling of customer needs.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in customer service, preferably in an automotive environment.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
A positive, can-do attitude with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
Previous receptionist experience is a plus.
