Qualifications
Proficiency in computer systems, including Microsoft Word
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
Strong verbal and written communication abilities
A friendly and professional demeanor with exceptional customer service skills
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
Previous experience in a healthcare or clinic setting is an asset
High school diploma or equivalent (additional education or certification in office administration is a plus)
Duties & Responsibilities
Serve as the first point of contact for clients, providing a warm and professional welcome in person, via phone, or email
Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and cancellations efficiently using clinic management software
Maintain an organized and well-functioning front desk, including handling client check-ins, collecting payments, and processing insurance claims (if applicable)
Address client inquiries and concerns promptly, ensuring a positive and supportive experience
Keep accurate and up-to-date client records in accordance with clinic policies and confidentiality standards
Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to ensure seamless operations and a high standard of care
Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies for front desk and clinic needs
Uphold a clean and professional reception and waiting area to enhance the client experience
Contribute to a team-oriented atmosphere, supporting colleagues and participating in team meetings or training sessions as needed
