Our Office Services Team in Stellarton, Nova Scotia is searching for a part-time Receptionist. Our office Receptionist is the first point of contact staff and visitors, they set the tone for an engaging experience with our Sobeys office team. In this customer service focused role the successful applicant will respond to general inquiries through the switchboard, email, and in person at the reception desk. If you have excellent interpersonal skills, great communication, and a passion for customer service this role is for you.
This part-time role will be based out of the Sobeys King Street Office 3 days a week working 8:30am - 5:00pm.
Here\'s where you\'ll be focusing:
\xc2\xb7 Greet staff and visitors with a welcoming attitude and an eagerness to assist.
\xc2\xb7 Answer all incoming telephone calls, take messages, and direct calls to the appropriate personnel.
\xc2\xb7 Manage all visitors\' arrival, transition to their host(s) and departure.
\xc2\xb7 Assign visitor passes, and manage the visitor calendar/log.
\xc2\xb7 Issue temporary accesses badges, maintain the log and manage inventory control.
\xc2\xb7 Action the Access card appointments and issue access card badge requests, onboarding, exiting, remote access.
\xc2\xb7 Manage all documentation pertinent to reception
\xc2\xb7 Support the Mailroom, shipping and receiving
\xc2\xb7 Manage 3rd party\'s access to the property
\xc2\xb7 Support safety/emergency procedure

\xc2\xb7 High school diploma or equivalent
\xc2\xb7 Experience in a fast-paced, multi-task office environment

\xc2\xb7 Strong organizational and time management skills
\xc2\xb7 Ability to multi-task
