Dusk Physiotherapy is currently seeking a reliable and personable

Receptionist

to join our team at our

North Brampton location

. This position is for

Tuesdays and Thursdays (10:00am - 7:00pm)

, with the possibility of additional hours as our clinic continues to grow.

We are a busy

interdisciplinary healthcare practice

providing physiotherapy, chiropractic, massage therapy, and medical services. The ideal candidate will be professional, organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced clinical environment.

Key Qualifications:

Outgoing, confident, and able to provide excellent patient service Strong multitasking skills and ability to work both independently and collaboratively Experience with patient scheduling, billing, invoicing, and payment processing Comfortable handling point-of-sale transactions (VISA, MasterCard, debit, cash) Knowledge of insurance claims processing and direct billing Proficiency with computer software such as

MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Jane

Previous experience in a medical, rehabilitation, or clinical setting is considered an asset

Hours:

18+ hours/week (Tuesdays & Thursdays 10:00am-7:00pm, with opportunity for more)

Compensation:

$18-$20/hour
