The Wood Automotive Group, one of Alberta\'s largest automobile retailers for 40 years, is offering an exciting opportunity for a Part-time Receptionist to join the Wood Automotive Group!

This position is located in our main office building in the SE area in our main office location at Woodridge Ford Lincoln, 11580 24 St SE, Calgary, AB T2Z 3K1!

About the role:

The successful candidate is an outgoing, friendly, customer-oriented, reliable, and organized individual. The Receptionist is responsible for greeting and screening visitors, answering and referring inbound telephone calls in a friendly manner, and ensuring the accuracy of profiles and log sheets.

Hours:

• Every other Monday 3:00 pm to 8:00 pm
• Wednesday 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm
• Friday 1:00pm - 6:00pm
• Saturday\'s are mandatory (works out to be 3 out of 4) as there is a rotation. Shifts are: 8:30 am to 5:00 pm & rotates to 9:30 am to 6:00 pm
