Our client in the financial field is currently looking to add a receptionist for their payments department for their ever growing company.
If you have a background in finance or a knowledge of administrative work then this is the position for you. This person will have various administrative tasks that will be part of there day to day operations.Advantages

Office closes on Fridays in the summer at 12:00PM
Salary $40,000-$45,000

Main responsibilities
- Welcoming visitors
- Receiving and routing of calls
- Mail management and mailings including registered mail
- Virtual filing of invoices
- Contact person with certain office suppliers (maintenance, shredding, etc.)
- Management of the conference room agenda
- Maintain the conference rooms and be responsible for the disinfection of
equipment and common areas
- Other administrative and secretarial tasks to assist the assistantsQualifications
Team player, good communication skills, and willing to learn
Strong attention to detail
Fluently bilingual English/French spoken and written
Has a working knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices and procedures within the financial industry
Good written and verbal communication skills
Strong customer service skills
Experience working with Microsoft programs (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to work with minimal supervision.
