OPTOMETRIST RECEPTIONIST
Are you a fashion-forward professional looking for an exciting career in Optics? Vision Clinic, the largest retail optical in the Niagara Region with locations also in Hamilton is actively seeking a new member to join their team as a Receptionist for our Optometrist in Niagara Falls. You will learn about optics and be immersed in the world of high designer styles and fashion.

Duties include but not limited to:
Candidate must have excellent phone and customer service skills. Must be detail-oriented and be able to multitask and work efficiently. Data entry of patient information. Scheduling and confirming appointments. Billing and processing OHIP and insurance. Front desk/clerical duties which include filing, scanning, and faxing. Recalling patients to book exams, balancing payments and closing the day. Patient appointment reminder calls Patient pre-testing (will provide training) Must have own reliable transportation. Fashion-forward, professional attire required
Job Type: Full-Time up to 40 hours per week (Monday - Friday)
