Job Description

Roger's Motors Auto Service is the newest and fastest-growing auto shop in Oakville, committed to delivering top-notch, customer-first service. We are seeking a highly organized, professional, and enthusiastic receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact, you'll play a vital role in creating a welcoming environment and ensuring our operations run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Communication:

Manage incoming phone calls and emails with professionalism, responding promptly to inquiries and providing excellent customer service.

Appointment Booking:

Schedule service appointments efficiently, coordinating with customers and technicians to optimize daily operations.

Schedule Management:

Handle and update the service schedule, ensuring accurate tracking of appointments, arrivals, and follow-ups.

Customer Updates:

Proactively notify customers on part status, service progress, and completion times to keep them informed and satisfied.

Administrative Tasks:

Photograph incoming vehicles for documentation, enter invoices into our software system, and assist with basic administrative duties to support seamless workflow.
Qualifications:

Preferred:

Experience in the automotive industry or a similar front-desk role.

Required:

A valid driver's license. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-oriented approach. Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic software tools; familiarity with invoicing or scheduling systems is an asset. Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive demeanor.
