As a

Receptionist

at Mr. Barber Tamarack, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued from the moment they walk in. Your role will include:

Greeting clients with a warm and professional demeanor. Managing appointments using our booking system. Answering phone calls and responding to client inquiries. Processing payments and handling cash transactions. Maintaining a clean and organized reception area. Assisting with retail product sales and promotions. Providing exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction.

Requirements

:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficiency with computers and booking software (experience with Fresha is a plus). A positive attitude and a passion for customer service. Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends. Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is an asset.

Pay: $15.00-$22.84 per hour
