As a Barber, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional grooming services to our clients while creating a welcoming and friendly atmosphere. Your expertise in hair styling and customer service will ensure that each client leaves feeling satisfied and looking their best.

Duties

• Perform haircuts, shaves, and other grooming services according to client preferences and trends.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tools, workstations, and the overall barbershop environment.
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with clients, understanding their needs, and offering professional advice on hair care.
• Assist with front desk duties including scheduling appointments and managing client records.
• Promote retail products by effectively upselling items that complement the services provided.
• Communicate clearly with clients to ensure their expectations are met and address any concerns promptly.

Skills

• Proficient in hair styling techniques and barbering skills.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Experience in retail sales and upselling products is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
• Ability to maintain a clean and sanitized workspace in compliance with health regulations.
• Front desk experience is beneficial for managing appointments and client interactions.
