I have a great opportunity for a well established professional who is searching for a small space to further set up their small business.

I am renting out a semi-private space with in a well established Barber Shop. This space can be made private with some privacy room dividers.

This space can be used for a number of professions, such as, Barber/Stylist/Small Photography Studio/Tattoo Artist/Private Professional Space/Etc

Job Overview


We are seeking well established, motivated individuals for our Booth Rental position, where you will have the opportunity to operate your own booth within a vibrant and supportive environment. This role is ideal for those who are passionate about their craft, have their own established clientele and are eager to continue to build their career while enjoying the freedom of being an independent operator. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing transactions, and promoting your services effectively.

Responsibilities



You will be responsible for paying a $400.00 rental fee, bi-weekly and in a timely manner. You will be responsible for signing a contract/lease Manage your booth space efficiently, ensuring it is clean, organized, and welcoming to your clients. Engaging with your clients and addressing their needs. Handle your own cash transactions accurately, including cashiering and cash handling duties, as you see fit. Booking your own appointments and handling all of your own clerical duties as well as your own book keeping duties Conduct your product demos to showcase services and encourage upselling opportunities, as you see fit. Utilize time management skills to schedule appointments effectively and maximize client bookings, as you see fit. Maintain accurate records of sales and inventory as you see fit. You will be responsible for your own schedule, purchasing and providing all your own tools, supplies and products. I will be responsible for providing a safe and secure environment. You will have access to the washrooms, office/lunch room and laundry facilities (for professional use only) I will be responsible for the utilities (heat, hydro, electricity, A/C, internet, water)

Experience



Strong time management skills to ensure efficient operation of your booth. Basic math skills for accurate transaction processing and inventory management. Experience in product demonstrations is a plus, allowing you to effectively promote your services.
