Weekly Professional Development

Licensing and Certification Requirements/Education :



Mortgage Agent Level 2 license (preferred).

FSRA-licensed Mortgage Agents in good standing.

Understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements in Ontario.

Sales /Marketing Certification, Diploma or Degree considered and asset

Other licenses permitted as long as it is compliant with FSRA requirements

Key Skills:



Have a strong network of clients and have the ability to network

Strong interpersonal and communication abilities to foster relationships with clients, lenders, and peers.

Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple client files effectively.

Proficient time management to meet deadlines and drive client satisfaction.

Familiarity with mortgage platforms and industry-specific technology is an asset.

Must be able to make daily, prompt phone calls to respective key individuals in addition to collection calls

Experience in sales, Real Estate, Investing will be considered an asset

Experience working with Brokerage /Private Lending Company Sectors will be considered an asset

Must have excellent technology skills and advanced in using all Microsoft Suite Software's including, MS Word, MS PowerPoint and MS Excel, Outlook, Google Chrome, etc.

Must have excellent auditing, financials, and decision makings skills

Conducts oneself in a highly professional manner and operates with a high degree of discretion and confidentiality
