We are growing and are looking for a Barbering Instructor to join our creative team. This position is available in part-time commitments. How you can create an impact:

• Assist with curriculum development with theoretical and practical component.
• Train students on the course curriculum of barbering.
• Effectively deliver training in both theoretical and practical means.
• Develop written and practical assessment tests.
• Submitting course feedback to the institution.
• Lead skills test planning and execution.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest best practices, tools and technology in your field.
• Assist student(s) cope up with any shortfalls or gaps occurring in their theoretical and practical knowledge.
• Prepare budget planning for makeup supplies and tools.

The skills you bring:

• Minimum 3-5 years\' experience as a professional barber/instructor.
• Diploma or Certificate in Barbering or Hairstyling.
• Ability to educate through clear communication and demonstration skills.
• Motivation and drive to help start careers.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Manual dexterity and attention to detail.
• Excellent knowledge of tools, techniques and technologies.
