We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented, and professional
Back-Office Customer Service Receptionist
to join our beauty and wellness team. This role is strictly phone- and system-based and is responsible for managing all customer service communications and booking operations from the back office. The ideal candidate is highly organized, confident on the phone, and comfortable working on a computer all day while delivering exceptional client support.
Responsibilities
Manage all inbound and outbound customer service calls
Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, text, and online platforms
Handle appointment scheduling, confirmations, rescheduling, and cancellations
Maintain accurate client records in the customer service and booking systems
Follow up with new inquiries and existing clients
Support lead management and convert inquiries into bookings
Handle client concerns and escalate issues when necessary
Generate basic daily reports for management
Qualifications & Experience
Previous experience in customer service, receptionist, call center, or administrative roles preferred
Strong verbal communication and professional phone etiquette
Comfortable working on computers, CRMs, and booking software
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Professional attitude, reliability, and accountability
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00-$22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 - 60 per week
