The Receptionist serves as the primary on-site contact for our client facility, delivering exceptional customer service while managing daily operations across reception, shipping, and administrative functions. This role requires seamless coordination between multiple client departments and our Toronto head office to ensure superior service delivery.

WHAT YOU'LL DO



Greet visitors, manage inquiries, handle phone calls/visitor management, and maintain reception area while coordinating catering/office functions Process all incoming/outgoing packages, international shipments, equipment deliveries, and coordinate logistics operations Support daily order processing, delivery coordination, walk-in orders, and generate custom reports for various teams Process employee payments, receipts, warehouse support, and assist with order processing and finalization Manage hospitality services per client standards and KPIs while collaborating across JLL business lines Ensure superior customer satisfaction through consistent service delivery and proactive client relationship management Maintain safe working environment for all employees and visitors while complying with health/safety procedures

WHAT YOU BRING (REQUIRED)



Excel in fast-paced, transactional environments with strong attention to detail and proven ability to handle multiple complex priorities Excellent written/verbal communication and presentation abilities with strong interpersonal skills across all organizational levels Demonstrated client relationship management, customer service excellence, and professional stakeholder engagement approach Track record of delivering high-quality results under tight deadlines while managing conflict and balancing client/firm needs Physical presence required onsite for daily operations oversight

WHAT YOU BRING (PREFERRED)



Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with SAP experience preferred Experience working with senior leadership and cross-functional teams in collaborative environments
