Job Responsibilities



Greeting customers at reception; answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional manner General filing, scanning & photocopying Providing accounting & administrative support Other duties as assigned

Qualifications



Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent attention to detail with the ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines Highly organized with exceptional multi-tasking skills Knowledge and/or experience in Canadian Tax Preparation is an asset Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to quickly manage and solve problems under demanding situations * Exceptional organizational and time management skills
