Position Overview:
We are seeking a full-time Receptionist to join our team. This role is crucial in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth daily operations.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Telephone Duties:
Handle incoming and outgoing calls professionally, addressing client inquiries and scheduling appointments.
Administrative Duties:
Perform tasks such as filing, faxing, and emailing to support the efficient operation of the office.
Appointment Bookings:
Schedule and manage client appointments accurately.
Accepting Payments:
Process transactions and handle payments with accuracy and integrity.
Merchandising and Sales:
Assist with sales and ensure product displays are well-organized and appealing.
Minor Service Work:
Conduct minor service and maintenance tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
Friendly Demeanor:
Possess a highly approachable and friendly attitude, providing excellent customer service.
Computer Literacy:
Comfortable using computers for administrative tasks and communication.
Team Player and Self-Starter:
Ability to work well with others and demonstrate initiative and self-motivation.
Highly Organized:
Maintain organization in managing multiple tasks and responsibilities effectively.
