We are seeking a highly organized and personable Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing various administrative tasks. This role requires proficiency in office software and strong communication skills to effectively handle inquiries and maintain a welcoming environment.
Responsibilities
Greet and assist clients and visitors in a professional manner
Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls appropriately
Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
Handle filing, organizing documents, and maintaining office supplies
Provide administrative support to staff as needed
Utilize QuickBooks for basic bookkeeping tasks
Assist with customer support inquiries, ensuring satisfaction
Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace
Strong computer skills with the ability to learn new software quickly
Previous office experience with clerical duties preferred
Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently
Effective phone etiquette and strong verbal communication skills
Typing proficiency with attention to detail for data entry tasks
Experience in a medical or dental office setting is a plus
Familiarity with bookkeeping practices is desirable
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
