We are seeking an enthusiastic, organized, and professional individual to join our team as a
Receptionist
. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone looking to gain experience in office administration with exposure to HR and finance functions.
The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, while also providing light administrative support to the Human Resources and Finance departments. This role is ideal for someone eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and direct visitors in a professional and friendly manner
Answer and route incoming calls, take messages as needed
Manage incoming/outgoing mail, courier packages, and general inquiries
Maintain the front desk area and common office spaces to ensure cleanliness and organization
Assist with general administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and document organization
Assist the finance team with Accounts Payable & Receivable tasks (invoice processing, expense tracking, record keeping etc.)
Order and maintain office supplies
Maintain visitor logs
Perform other clerical duties as assigned by the Finance Manager
Qualifications:
Diploma in Business Administration, Human Resources, Accounting, or related field
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Professional appearance and demeanor
Highly organized with attention to detail
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Excellent computer skills
Ability to multitask and work independently
Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities
