We are looking for a professional and highly organized Receptionist who is proficient in
JaneApp
and capable of working efficiently in a clinic environment. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for clients, providing excellent customer service while managing front desk operations. This role requires strong communication skills, multitasking ability, and a proactive approach in a fast-paced healthcare setting.
Responsibilities
Greet and welcome clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls appropriately
Address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction
Maintain an organized and tidy front desk area, ensuring all materials are available
Perform administrative tasks including data entry, filing, and document proofreading
Assist with scheduling appointments for clinicians and staff using JaneApp
Support office management with inventory tracking and ordering supplies
Handle email and mail correspondence with attention to detail
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive client and clinic information
Qualifications
Proficient in
JaneApp
and office management tools (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace)
Previous experience as a receptionist or in a healthcare administrative role preferred
Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills
Excellent communication skills; bilingual candidates highly desirable
Familiarity with front desk operations, phone etiquette, and client service best practices
Experience in dental, physiotherapy, or medical clinic reception is a plus
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
