Job Summary


We are seeking a professional and organized Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients, manage front desk operations, and provide exceptional customer service. This role requires strong administrative skills, proficiency with office software, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.( Were Asking for someone at the front desk who has strong customer service skills and greets everyone with a friendly Smile)

Duties



Greet visitors and clients warmly, ensuring a positive first impression Manage multi-line phone systems, screen calls, and direct inquiries appropriately Schedule appointments and maintain calendars using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools Perform data entry and maintain accurate records using QuickBooks and other office software Handle filing, document management, and general administrative tasks with attention to detail Provide customer support via phone, email, or in person, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette Assist with bookkeeping and basic financial record keeping as needed Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth office operations Proofread documents for accuracy before distribution Support medical or dental office functions if applicable, including patient check-in and appointment scheduling

Experience



Prior clerical or administrative experience preferred, especially in office or medical/dental settings Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications Experience with QuickBooks or similar bookkeeping software is a plus Strong computer skills including data entry, filing systems, and document proofreading Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment Demonstrated customer service skills with professional phone etiquette Experience handling multi-line phone systems and front desk responsibilities is desirable Knowledge of medical or dental office procedures is advantageous but not required

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.20-$23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
