Overview


We are seeking a highly organized and professional Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing a variety of administrative tasks. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Experience in a medical or dental office is preferred but not mandatory.

Responsibilities



Greet and assist clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner. Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls to appropriate personnel while maintaining excellent phone etiquette. Perform data entry tasks accurately, ensuring that all information is up-to-date and organized. Maintain filing systems, both electronic and paper-based, to ensure easy retrieval of documents. Provide administrative support including typing, proofreading documents, and managing correspondence. Utilize Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace for various clerical tasks. Assist with bookkeeping duties as needed, including invoicing and tracking payments using QuickBooks. Support customer service efforts by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Maintain an organized front desk area, ensuring a welcoming environment for clients.

Requirements



Proven experience in an office setting with clerical responsibilities. Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace; experience with QuickBooks is a plus. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer support. Familiarity with medical or dental office procedures is highly desirable; experience as a dental receptionist is a plus. Ability to type accurately at a reasonable speed; attention to detail is crucial for proofreading tasks. Previous experience handling data entry and filing systems is essential.
