Receptionist & Greeter

to add to their team in Brampton.



The

Receptionist & Greeter

is the face of the dealership and is responsible for greeting all customers and to perform a wide range of administrative duties.



The

Receptionist & Greeter

works closely with all departments within the dealership and are knowledgeable in directing customers to the appropriate departments or team members.

Pay:

$36,000 to $45,000 a year.

Job Duties:




Preparing the licensing for all vehicles. Stocking in new & used vehicles into inventory. Assist and host customers over the phone and in the showroom. Greet and check in sales appointments. Accurately receive payments and handle cash. Create cash reports and receipts. Scan and email documents. Keep reception area, showroom and lunchroom cleaned and organized. Promote a positive retail operation. General administrative duties. Other duties as required.

What We Look For:




Experience in a dealership would be considered an asset.

Previous experience working in Reception or Administration is preferred.

Must have excellent communication skills (good verbal skills and a clear speaking voice). Prior experience in a customer service role. Able to work well in a fast-paced environment. Experience working with OneEighty software considered an asset. Works well with a team and independently. Excellent customer service skills.
