, you will provide a friendly, welcoming and efficient service to all Capital Auto Group customers, while reflecting the premium quality of the company.

A Day In The Life...



Assuming general office duties, including correspondence, emails, filing, to ensure the smooth running of the reception area. Answering incoming telephone calls, determining purpose of callers, forwarding calls to appropriate personnel or department, and take adequate messages when required. Assisting in dealing with customer complaints in an effective and courteous manner and providing solutions as quickly as possible. Frequently using office equipment such as photocopier, computer/keyboard, telephone, and fax. Ensuring the facilities are kept tidy and the proper functioning of the telephone, fax, photocopier, etc. Supporting administrative and special projects requirements, as assigned. Ensuring a warm farewell and positive last impression for each customer exiting the dealership. Ensuring that all documents conform to company standards with regard to required authorizations, accuracy, and completeness of supporting documentation. Notifying manager of any irregularity, situation, or discrepancies and, as necessary, propose changes or improvements to the processes within the department. Submitting all pertinent information on rebates to the manufacturer. Ensuring KeyTrak is updated with the proper information logged on each vehicle. Ensuring safety policies, standards, and procedures are followed to achieve a safe work environment and safety for all staff, customers, and vendors. Additional responsibilities as assigned, subject to periodic adjustments to align with company objectives.

What You Bring To CAG...



Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel and Outlook. Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner. Highly organized with the ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment. Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to customers. Ability to work well in a team environment. Observing safety and security procedures and reports potentially unsafe conditions; uses equipment and material properly. Excellent punctuality and attendance with a commitment to consistently arriving at work on time.

What We Require From You...



1+ years' experience in an office setting or completion of an Office Administration course is an asset. High School Diploma or equivalent. Record of Conduct

Hours of work: 4:00pm to 6:00pm Monday through Thursday and Saturday shift of 10:00am to 5:00pm. Work hours will increase as operating hours expand to meet seasonal demand.



Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: From $16.00 per hour
