We are currently seeking a compassionate and skilled individual to join our clinic team as a Receptionist. As the face of our clinic, the receptionist plays a crucial role in creating a positive first impression for our clients and visitors. Responsibilities:

Direct Billing:

Manage the billing process efficiently and accurately, ensuring that clients are billed correctly and all transactions are recorded appropriately in our system.

Answering Calls and Emails:

Handle incoming phone calls and emails with professionalism and courtesy, addressing client inquiries, scheduling appointments, and providing necessary information.

Greeting Guests:

Welcome clients and visitors with a warm and friendly demeanor, making them feel comfortable and valued upon their arrival.

Excellent Interpersonal Skills:

Engage with clients, team members, and visitors in a positive and professional manner, demonstrating active listening and effective communication.

Customer Service:

Provide exceptional customer service by anticipating and fulfilling client needs, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring their overall satisfaction with the clinic experience.

Multitasking:

Effectively manage various tasks simultaneously, such as answering calls, attending to guests, handling administrative duties, and assisting team members as needed.

Conflict Resolution:

Utilize strong problem-solving skills and empathy to address conflicts or concerns that may arise, aiming to find amicable solutions and maintain a positive atmosphere in the clinic.

Fast-Paced Environment:

Thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced clinic setting, where adaptability and quick thinking are essential for delivering top-notch service to clients.

Administrative Support:

Assist with various administrative tasks, including data entry, appointment scheduling, and maintaining accurate client records.
Qualifications:

Experience in a receptionist or customer service role, preferably in a healthcare or service-oriented setting. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong proficiency in using office software, email, and scheduling tools. Ability to handle high call volumes and manage multiple tasks efficiently. Conflict resolution skills and the ability to remain composed under pressure. Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Flexibility in working hours, including potential evenings and weekends.
