We are currently seeking a reliable, friendly, and organized

Receptionist/Administrative Assistant

to join our front desk team.

Key Responsibilities:



Greet clients warmly and professionally in person and over the phone Manage appointment bookings, cancellations, and rescheduling using

JaneApp

Process payments, issue receipts, and handle third-party insurance claims Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front-desk and waiting area Support practitioners with daily schedules and administrative needs Respond to emails, voicemails, and client inquiries in a timely manner Ensure accurate client intake and paperwork management Handle sensitive client information with confidentiality and discretion

Qualifications:



Previous experience in a healthcare, wellness, or customer service role preferred Familiarity with

JaneApp

or similar booking software is an asset Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Friendly, professional demeanor and team-oriented attitude Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment Fluent in English (additional languages are an asset)
