Position Title: Receptionist Position Type: Temporary - Full-Time (1 year contract) Position Location: Florenceville Main Requisition ID: 22665
We are currently seeking a temporary Receptionist to join our team at our Head Office in Florenceville-Bristol, NB! As the successful candidate, you are the first company representative to visitors encountered by a visitor or caller to the business and acts as liaison between the public and the organization. This role supports client groups at the Florenceville Head Office location.
Key Responsibilities:

• Greeting customers in a timely manner and inquire as to the purpose of their visit.
• Answering telephone calls and connecting to the appropriate contact.
• Ensure visitors follow all company guidelines for visitors.
• Coordinate and carry out various administrative tasks related to: Building Services, Facilities and events, p-card and invoice processing.
• Book and coordinate hoteling workspaces for employees and visitors.
• Administrator for Guest Wi-Fi access at Florenceville main office.
• Manage/maintain phone changes and requests.
• Other related duties as may be required.

Qualifications:

• Post-secondary education, such as a college diploma in administration or a related field is considered an asset.
• 3-5 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in a receptionist or administrative support role.
• This role requires a professional and resilient individual with strong customer service skills and attention-to-detail.
• Strong phone presence and professionalism.
• Strong English language skills required.
• Bilingual English/French is an asset.
