We are hiring a receptionist to work with us helping handle both clients and artists. Since this person will be the first point of contact for our business, the ideal candidate will have excellent customer service, strong organizational skills, and flexibility in handling day to day tasks.

About Our Organization:

Flame Wise Ink is a multi award-winning and progressive Toronto tattoo studio that offers professional tattooing services with a focus on cleanliness, safety, and a personalized approach.

Responsibilities:

Written & verbal communication with clients (i.e. email, phone, social media). Process inquiries both online and offline. Communicate with tattoo artists regarding consultations, appointments & rescheduling. Book and schedule appointments using calendar tools. Accept and process payments. Greet all patrons. Promote complementary products (i.e. aftercare, flash designs, etc.). Provide basic aftercare healing tips. Provide customer services such as consultation, quotation and deal with other customer issue. Maintain clean and organized work environment. Not cleaning. Follow-up with clients regarding tattoo healing. Take reviews. Managing the inventory.

Requirements:

Friendliness. Solid English communication skills, both written and verbal. Interest in tattoo industry. Curiosity & quick learning. Organizational, multitasking and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Ability to work under pressure and set priorities. Asset: 6-12 months of prior receptionist experience.*

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 25 per week
