Job Summary
As part of the Reception Team at Prime Clinics, you play a vital role in the day-to-day operations of our clinic. You will be responsible for greeting and assisting guests, managing reception duties, handling guest inquiries, scheduling appointments, and supporting various administrative and retail tasks. This position is perfect for someone with strong customer service skills and a passion for creating a welcoming environment.
Key Responsibilities
Guest Service & Reception Duties
- Welcome guests with a warm and professional demeanor, making them feel comfortable and valued.
- Handle check-ins and check-outs efficiently, ensuring a smooth experience for clients.
- Answer guest inquiries regarding clinic services, treatments, and general information in a knowledgeable and friendly manner.
Appointment Scheduling & Call Management
- Answer incoming calls, emails, and messages promptly and professionally.
- Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments using our booking system.
- Manage waitlists and accommodate client rescheduling as needed.
Retail Sales & Marketing Promotions
- Inform guests of relevant promotions, special packages, and retail products.
- Assist guests with product selection and complete retail sales transactions.
- Promote ongoing marketing campaigns and encourage guest participation.
Cash Handling & Administrative Tasks
- Process payments accurately and maintain cash handling procedures.
- Record transactions, prepare daily summaries, and assist with financial reconciliations.
- Keep track of inventory and restock as needed.
Clinic Maintenance
- Ensure reception and guest areas are clean, organized, and welcoming.
- Perform light cleaning duties such as dusting, laundry, and general tidying of clinic spaces.
- Help maintain the clinic's professional appearance to create a positive first impression for every guest.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role (e.g., reception, guest services, retail) is preferred.
- Skills: Strong communication skills, multitasking abilities, and proficiency with basic computer systems.
- Personality: Friendly, professional, and able to build rapport with guests of all backgrounds.
- Other: Flexible availability, reliable, and detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining high standards of service and cleanliness.
