Overview


We are seeking a professional and organized Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients, manage front desk operations, and provide exceptional customer service. This role requires strong administrative skills, proficiency with office software, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Experience in medical or dental offices is a plus, but not required. The position offers an opportunity to contribute to a welcoming office atmosphere while supporting daily administrative functions.

Responsibilities



Greet visitors and clients warmly, ensuring a positive first impression Manage multi-line phone systems, screen calls, and direct inquiries appropriately Schedule appointments and maintain calendars using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools Perform data entry with accuracy into various systems such as QuickBooks and other office databases Handle clerical tasks including filing, photocopying, and proofreading documents Support administrative functions such as bookkeeping, billing, and basic bookkeeping tasks Maintain organized records and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information Assist with customer support by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries Support front desk operations with professionalism, excellent phone etiquette, and organizational skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications Strong computer skills with the ability to learn new software quickly Experience with QuickBooks or similar bookkeeping software is preferred Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail Effective typing speed for data entry and correspondence Strong proofreading skills for document accuracy Exceptional customer service skills with friendly phone etiquette Previous clerical or administrative experience in an office setting is desirable Experience working in medical or dental offices is a plus, including familiarity with front desk procedures and patient management systems Ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining professionalism

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00-$24.00 per hour
