You will be responsible for welcoming visitors, answering and directing phone calls, handling administrative tasks, and ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations.

Responsibilities



Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls Manage incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and packages Maintain office supplies and keep the reception area tidy and organized Schedule appointments and assist with meeting coordination Support administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and data entry Provide general information to visitors and employees Assist other departments as needed

Qualifications



1+ year of experience

as a receptionist, front desk associate, or administrative assistant Strong verbal and written communication skills Proficient with

Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Professional appearance and friendly attitude Dependable and punctual High school diploma or equivalent required; additional administrative training is a plus
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
