Duties
Greet and assist clients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls appropriately and taking messages when necessary.
Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining up-to-date records.
Provide administrative support including typing, proofreading documents, and managing correspondence.
Scheduling and booking appointments for multiple doctors.
Maintain a clean and organized front desk area to create a welcoming environment for clients.
Support customer service initiatives by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Collaborate with team members to enhance office efficiency and improve client experiences.
Skills
Strong computer skills with the ability to learn new software quickly.
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail for filing and data management.
Strong typing skills with proficiency in proofreading documents for accuracy.
Previous experience in a medical clinic is desirable.
Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and professional phone etiquette.
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining composure under pressure.
